Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of multiple food stores within your designated area.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Drive sales performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across all stores.
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Analyse and respond to sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with the Society’s values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role, preferably within food convenience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
