Heart of England Co-operative Society have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer to join the IT team on a fixed term contract for 2 years.

Main duties

*         T-SQL development, Report development in SSRS, ETL development using SSIS

*         Creation of Power BI Dashboards

*         Writing APIs to integrate applications

*         Supporting system testing and resolving defects

*         Putting together test documentation

*         Developing visualisation tools and reporting with Power BI

*         Engaging with stakeholders to achieve business growth (senior C-Suite stakeholders)

*         Design, develop & maintain data warehouses

*         Store, extract and transform raw data within MS Azure and SQL Sever

*         Organise testing and quality checks

*         Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs

*         Analyse your findings to suggest changes and improvements

*         Design and implement roll-in and supporting training

Qualifications

Degree or similar experience

Relevant experience

*         Experience of integration tools

Aptitude, skills and abilities

*         Understand project development lifecycles and the management frameworks

*         Methodical and logical approach to problem solving

*         The ability to work successfully within a team

*         Good interpersonal skills to interact with the rest of the team
