We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team in our Leamington Bewiched Coffee Shop** on a full-time**, 9-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for the effective operation of our coffee shop, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation as the go-to coffee shop in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading & Motivating the Team – Inspire and develop baristas and supervisors, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Delivering Outstanding Customer Service – Maintain high service standards and craft exceptional coffee in line with Bewiched’s brand values.
  • Managing Store Operations – Oversee stock, hygiene, and health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Driving Sales & Performance – Encourage upselling, monitor financial performance, and continuously improve store standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in a coffee or hospitality environment).
  • Leadership skills – the ability to develop and inspire a team.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
