We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

 

Main Purpose of Job: To assist the supply chain team in the administration functions in line with the Food Division strategy.

Main Duties

  • Update spreadsheets and maintain files, including data entry.
  • Collate and provide reports for the Food Division.
  • Assist with various Commercial administration tasks.
  • Answer calls and general queries from colleagues, Managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team with various project work and general admin tasks.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to track work progress.
  • Assist the wider team with producing paperwork and other duties.
  • Use availability data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement planogram changes in the EPOS system for stores.
  • Monitor and investigate the inbound availability of goods.

Qualifications

5 GCSE’s, Grade A-C

Relevant Experience

Experience of working in a team

Experience of dealing with data

Aptitude, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent organisation skills

Able to use own initiative in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner

Strict confidentiality

Happy to work in a quiet office environment with the option of working from home 2 days per week

Intermediate level Excel (able to use main maths and lookup functions) 

Excellent IT skills - Experience in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent file management and organisational skills

Great communication skills

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work on own initiative
