Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the food industry.
