Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
