  • Optimise digital campaign performance through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing

  • Champion innovations in AI and emerging tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity

  • Support our mission to be the leading community retailer by promoting programmes like Helping Hearts and Pennies

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver targeted campaigns that increase footfall, average basket value, and brand loyalty

  • Manage our digital coordinator/apprentice and marketing budget

  • A highly organised, strategic thinker with a creative spark

  • Passionate about digital marketing trends, tech, and AI-powered innovation

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

  • A confident communicator and team player who thrives on collaboration

  • Results-focused, with a strong track record of digital campaign delivery

You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or CRM (ideally in retail)

  • Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and content tools

  • Experience developing paid/organic campaigns targeting local demographics

  • A strong understanding of customer journeys and multichannel engagement

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in digital media, marketing, or a related field

  • Experience coaching or managing others and supporting professional growth
